While he loved being his own business owner in a small suite, Derek never stopped missing the collaborative and exciting energy of a true salon. That is his motivation behind the creation of Artisan Loft Salon, a place where artists can connect and create together.

DEREK SHANE

Owner Derek Shane entered the industry in 2011 by gaining education from the top stylists in the country. He is a Master Colorist and takes great detail in precision cutting. He specializes in the art of creating dimensional color, blonding, and Invisible Bead hand-tied extensions.

Monica Resendez Studio was established in 2008. Our mission is to achieve beautiful and healthy hair, serve our customers with integrity, be attentive, and to offer the highest quality services to exceed each individual's expectations utilizing advanced levels of expertise and education. We are dedicated to pursuing our passion of bringing the best in beauty to our customers. Monica, being an Educator for L’Oreal Professionnel and part of the Ted Gibson Artistic Team, is always inspired to never stop learning.

Karen is a master stylist specializing in color,cut and extensions. She has been licensed in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas with 30 years experience as a professional hairstylist. She excels at the art of listening so if you would like an edgy look or a style that is more classic, she can give you the attention you deserve and the look that you desire.
