The Artisan Loft Salon is the Houston area's premier hair artistry location. Expert Colorist, Derek Shane, is gathering the best artists to offer clients unparalleled service in this laid back, friendly atmosphere.
While he loved being his own business owner in a small suite, Derek never stopped missing the collaborative and exciting energy of a true salon. That is his motivation behind the creation of Artisan Loft Salon, a place where artists can connect and create together.

Derek Shane
Owner Derek Shane entered the industry in 2011 by gaining education from the top stylists in the country. He is a Master Colorist and takes great detail in precision cutting. He specializes in the art of creating dimensional color, blonding, and Invisible Bead hand-tied extensions.

Monica Resendez
Monica Resendez has been truly passionate about her career as a hairdresser for 15 years. She understood from an early age that hair is not just an accessory; great hair is the key to feeling confident and beautiful.
It is her personal goal to continue to grow and excel in her craft by mastering skills in Balayage techniques, coloring, cutting, and styling. She continues to enhance her skills through ongoing education such as seminars and one-on-one training sessions with top industry professionals. Her main words of inspiration in the beauty industry is to “Never stop learning”.
Linda Perryman
Linda has been in the industry for 7 years. With training from our lead stylist, she has quickly become a skilled stylist. With an intense passion for the industry matched with ample attention to detail, she is an artist who will help you achieve your hair goals.
